Employment/Education ID will not be accepted); a copy will be retained by management for the duration of your stay and may be disclosed to appropriate authorities such as law enforcement. Please note that failure to provide a valid government issued photo ID will result in denial of entry with the loss of all fees paid. You will be required to sign a copy of the visitors terms and conditions. For guests security access to individual floors and recreational facilities is by means of a proximity sensor which will be assigned on your arrival. Please note that a refundable deposit of PHP 1000 against loss will be charged on arrival. The property is a non smoking area and you are requested not to smoke anywhere inside the building or the apartment, violation of this rule may result in you being asked to vacate the property with the loss of any remaining rental fees. Any damage to the property will be charged against your account. The unit is for the use of the individual(s) named on the booking form, overnight stays by anyone else are only permitted by prior approval. The unit is for the use of the number of people (Adults, Children, Infants) entered on the booking form. If more guests arrive than booked additional charges will apply or you may be refused entry. Please note that CCTV operates in public areas. We reserve the right to enter the unit for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose. We reserve the right to require a person(s) already admitted to leave the property, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion. The property is located in a residential area. You may experience road noise, noise from residents. Amenities such as pool are NOT provided by ourselves and are subject to the conditions applied by the building administration. Facilities and services such as elevators, external corridor cleaning etc are NOT provided by ourselves. Discarded food waste can attract insects please dispose of all waste. Internet speed is NOT under our control and you may experience interruptions in service. We accept no liability for any of the above.
